Worse service

The service for Stupel and Berman is so poor and draining. When you do business with them it's as if they are doing you a favor. I am selling my house... Finance by Absa. The buyer is going to pay cash. I paid Stupel and Berman's fees in May... Never got a receipt, I did not mind because I thought the process was gonna be quick. The buyer deposited money in their account, also never got a receipt as a proof of payment received. I have been begging for the feedback, complaining, phoning almost every week only to get a response that the lady that is helping me is WORKING FROM HOME. Until now I have not gotten anything to show the progress, not even a phone call from Absa confirming if I'm really canceling the bond. This makes me wonder if Stupel and Berman has done anything towards completing the job or even starting. Before I forget I don't even have a written contract that says they are working with me. Sometimes I wake up at night thinking about the money that was deposited into their account and think what if they are ******** me, what if I wake up one day to find their offices written *TO LET*???? I REGRET CHOOSING STUPEL AND Berman. I wouldn't recommend them not even to my worst enemy.
