Violation of my Personal information and the POPI act

So these people decided they were lazy to send me an email alone, instead they had a long list of Cc'd emails of people nationwide and for what?? To embarrass us because we somewhat have an issue that needs to be handles with Standard bank?? This was poor execution and it is disgusting that they would stoop so low to want to embarrass the masses or humiliate us into settling. Most probably most of us are unemployed and cannot meat the requirements or whatever amount they want us to pay, but this type of harassment cannot be allowed. This has been a violation of the POPI act and this public humiliation is not where near being right..
