HARRASMENT

I have a standard bank overdraft account witch I haven't paid due to us loosing our business in 2007. We have been struggling to keep head above water since then. The account was written off years ago. I do realize that I have to pay my debt although I have been trying to recover other outstanding debt since 2007. I have been paying off all debt outstanding and making a living each month. A lady by the name Sylvia contacted me in December advising me that I must make payment of R1000 pm. I said to her I will not pay it cause this amount was written off. She didn't even give me chance to explain my situation. After that I got a sms stating that they will come and take my stuff threatening me. I phoned her and said I will pay R500.00 in December 2014 witch I did. Jan i didn't get a very good increase and only paid R250.00 I sent her my bank statements and expenditure and it showed that I can only pay R250.00 in which I am already in a rears with minus R425.00 each month. I phoned her on the 19/02/2015 after I have received a sms to pay my account I asked please not to send me message and don't phone me I will pay. They need to stop this seriously. Very very rude lady.
