No response/no service

I placed an order online for goods. According to the website one would get confirmation of the order within 6 hours after placing it. 4 days later I was still waiting for a confirmation. So I emailed them to ask what is the delay. Again according to the website it could take up to 72 hours for a response because of all the e-mails. I received no response at all. If one phones you get to a voice message to rather e-mail. I cancelled the order and placed a second order thinking that something might have gone wrong with the first order. Again no response. To date I am still waiting for a reply on my first e-mail.
