EXPENSIVE STUNGUN WORTH NOTHING

I bought 2 Stungun/Flashlights for me and a friend. Mine started giving problems after the first charge. I returned it and they tested it and apparently could not find a problem BUT according to them changed the Battery and charger. I got it back, used it once and then a few months later I used it for the first time again and experienced the exact same problem. I went and bought a Battery and it worked once, when I charge it it is only the flashlight that works, the stungun does not work. Since beginning of this year I have not been able to get hold of them and they are not responding to my emails. Now my friend's flashight/stungun is doing the exact same thing as this is not used on an every day basis. We use this as and when needed BUT it is of NO USE to us at the moment. I am a runner and run early morings, bought this so I am able to protect myself when I run alone. BUT this is worth nothing if I only have the flashlight....I have lots of flashlights, I did not buy this for the flashlight alone.... Money thrown into the water!!!!
