Dishonest Business People

I bought a stun gun from them, they delivered the wrong one and refused to exchanged it and they delivered it on Friday, I charged and tested it but it only worked once. I sent it back to them and now they are coming with an excuse saying there's some metal missing from the stun gun and that's pure lies because I returned it as it was.
