Stun ideas (Louise Hampton)

Most disgusting service ever. I have never dealt with such a rude and unprofessional “business” person in my life before. I placed an order for wedding slippers and Louise said that it could be any colour and design and that she would have to order my colour. I went ahead and paid the full amount and she said that the order would be ready the following Wed or Thursday. Wed and Thurs has come and gone and she asked if we could do collection on Mon, which I agreed to. Mon came and she told a story of having to go to the bank to sort out something, can we do collection the next day, which i again agreed to. Tues came and she asked if she can rather deliver the next day as she has to go to the bank again, which i again agreed to. Wed came and she said some one disappointed her and whether she could deliver the Thursday. I agreed, but said if it does not materialize the Thursday we should just cancel as she is giving me the run around and very unprofessional. I then got about 10 voice notes after each other her shouting and going off at me, about things completely irrelevant. Her issues with the bank, how i would not listen to her, how she hasn’t charged me a design fee, doing me w favour and a whole lot more. I then sent my banking details as she shouted she would rather just pay the money back.. eventually her still going on I told her to keep the money as she won’t get anywhere with her tone of voice. She then went on to threaten that she has my address and phone number and that she would take me to court, as i am slandering her business. Eventually i blocked her. And she continued to harass me by calling me from a land line, still going off where I eventually just dropped the call. Would not recommend Louise or her company to anyone! She has no way of speaking to people and needs some serious customer service training.
