Very disappointing service

Very poor a d unprofessional service for Stuffy Logistics, utilized their service in the beginning of January 2021, after a formal quotation and I held my end of bargain I paid full, only to be called by them before delivering my goods that I had pay another 5k because they missed quoted, then my goods were stuffed in a trailer instead of a shared truck as promised, most of furniture has scratches and dents, wooden chair broken leather on couches torn..... Worse part is that I laid my claim and they have taken me from pillar to post instead of processing my claim
