Unprofessional moving service

The most useless moving company. Delayed collection 3 times and delivery 6 times - ending up delivering 3 days after the initial promised delivery date. This being after they requested to collect and deliver on a particular day at a particular time, forcing me to go out of my way to be available for collection (which they never showed up for) and resulting in me having to find alternative accommodation as all my household belongings were still on route. Zero accountability shown by management, with them preferring to promise to "get back to you" and never returning your call or answering your follow up calls. Then, after no communication, they email you an invoice and inform you that your belongings will not be offloaded until final payment is made. Pretty much ******ing you under threat of never seeing your belongings again. Did not simplify the moving experience but rather triggered ALOT of stress.
