STAY VERY CLEAR OF USING STUFF LOGISTICS!

<div>I have had an extremely terrible experience with Stuff Logistics. They are very quick to correspond with me when it comes to paying the deposit and paying the outstanding amounts, but when it comes to after sales service the just DO NOT CARE!! I relocated to Cape Town from JHB and unfortunately used their services. I gave them over a month and a half notice as to when I wanted my stuff collected, and when it needed to be delivered with a DEDICATED truck. 3 days before collection **** phones me and wants to change the collection and drop off dates. From my initial contact until 3 days before collection I didnt hear a thing from him. The collection and drop off was time sensitive for me as new tenants would be moving into my place in JHB, and the old tenants would be moving out of the place in Cape Town which is why I gave specific dates and times well in advance. On the day of collection the truck was late. I made contact with **** once again out of my own, and it seemed like he gave the truck the incorrect address. So I had to make sure the correct details were given to the truck driver myself, as **** was clearly not willing to help. Not all of my stuff fitted in the dedicated truck so I had to use a shared load truck. This experience was even worse. After getting empty promises from everyone there, my stuff finally arrived over a month later. I had to buy stuff that was with them, because it was stuff that I needed and they had it for over a month. Then when it got delivered some of my stuff was missing, and a lot of my stuff was damaged. Now when I query this they say that I signed the contract and they wont submit to their insurance because “I am liable for any damages or loss to any goods”. You must be joking!!! I have never in my life had such a bad experience with a company before. Like I said, they are very quick to get new business and take your deposit, but once that is done they just don't seem to care at all what transpires after the payment has been made. I would really NOT recommend using them. Even after escalating my concerns, the service seemed to get even worse. Escalating the matter to the managers there is even worse than dealing with the normal agents. **** cleary do not care about their customers, ****&nbsp; has a very bad attitude once the deposit has been paid and ****&nbsp; just brushes stuff under the rug.
