Removal

Absoutely ridiculous company. I paid for a 4 ton truck, they sent a 6 ton truck which was obviously not allowed into my complex for removal and I told them to leave, now their sales person or Admin person Talent refuses to give me my full refund, he specfcally said he didnt want to quote me for two loads coz he thought I would go to another company, meaning he intentionally new that he was set me up for this mess. I want my full refund. People need to be protected against such acts
