Poor service rendered

From 11 May 2023 to date Stuffy Logistics is failing to deliver my Furniture from Joburg to KZN, I made full payment, when asking to cancel with them and get another courier they want to charge me 50% cancellation fee, their Whatsapp handler is very rude "if you want your things you can come and fetch them, who has ****med you ,must we send a broken truck on a long distance , businesses are going a rough patch we dont have money lying around to fix a truck at a snap of a figure" this a response I got when I was making a follow up on why my stuff is not yet delivered. Very unprofessional service, no update or applogy
