Moving from JHB to PE

<div>Terrible!!!!. The communication is not only poor, they are also dishonest and extremely unreliable. When I initially enquired about the service at the beginning of the month. **** assisted me and told me the truck would leave on Wednesday (16/03/2022) and my stuff was to be delivered by Sunday (20/03/2022) at latest. I accepted the quote and proceeded with the payment for the service. My stuff was collected and I waited for delivery. I called and enquired every second day regarding information of the truck which would have my stuff and I was told I would received further information once they were sure. On the day the truck was suppose to be leaving, **** sent me a text saying that my stuff didn't fit into the truck and the truck had already left and an arrangement has been made for my stuff to be in the next truck leaving for PE on Wednesday (23/03/2022). I called them on the day the arranged truck was supposed to be leaving and I was then told that they can't find the person who told me that my stuff would be in a truck leaving on Wednesday because according to their schedules the first available truck will only leave in April!</div>
