Disappointed

VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED! My furniture has bumps and dents, it is scratched and chipped. Most of my crockery is broken after I wrote fragile on the boxes! I have sent a email but no one rep**** to it. My move was from Gauteng to Mossel bay and in the estate we're staying nothing heavier than a 5ton truck can come in, they stopped the truck at the gate and wouldn't carry my things up for me which was not big or that heavy and if they had to we needed to PAY XTRA R600! In total i would have paid R10100. Would not recommend them all! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!
