Bad removal of goods service
DONT GET CAUGHT : 482b Boundary road, Northriding... not the true address if you plan to visit....i chose this service provider as they promised goods will be moving over the long weekend 23-24 September on a shared load but promised delivery 27/28 September ... After collecting my deposit and taking goods i was told the truck did not move as it was long weekend but it would move during the week of the 27th September... i kept calling to find out when goods will move..... this was a painful exercise as there was no cer*****y.... goods eventually arrive 8th October , 12 days after it was suppose to arrive and ..... i will never recommend this transporter to move goods if you have time constraints

Unfortunately you were quoted for a shared load and not quoted for a dedicated express truck and the idea of a shared load is to save you money as client instead of paying R50000 you pay way less than that, and I also believe communication was given to you whenever required but anyways at the end of the day you cannot please everybody
And by the way 482B Boundary road, Kya Sands is our real address please check your google maps for accurate information..
