0 Stars - Do not recommend

Unfortunately the rest of these bad reviews are true. The first move I did with them in February went splendidly, goods collected and delivered within the 48hr period as was promised by Catherine. I then had a "top-up" load which consisted of just a few boxes and small items. This was collected as promised on Sunday 14/03/2021 and is yet to be delivered as I write this. No feedback whatsoever. Catherine advised on 19/03 - after hordes of emails and loads of pleading from my side (I am now in Europe which makes calls a bit tricky), as well as calls from my family and friends on my behalf in SA, that the truck will be there the next afternoon, 20/03 as they were busy offloading in East London and then will be heading towards Durban. Today is 23/03 and the delivery as well as any feedback as to the delays never came. Today we started calling Catherine on Whatsapp as she's online and doesn't open or respond to any queries and also doesn't answer the phone while being online. She then proceeded to block my number. I called the office and spoke to Fortune who advised that Melony works above Catherine but that he can't provide me with her number?! Fortune has been answering our calls and advised the truck will be loaded today or tomorrow (24/03). Please note, this is a delivery that has been on it's way from East London on Saturday 20/03. @Stuffy please provide some urgent answers??
