Non delivery of magazines - Pathetic customer service!

Absolutely pathetic service - I took a subscription last year and only 2 out of the 12 issues were delivered. Following up just led to false promises of delivery and eventually was forgotten about.

This year i got a sales call advising that they have changed courier companies(MDAfrica) and they promise to deliver every issue. First issue of the year still not delivered and all i get is apology emails

Please refund me and don't bother calling me again
