Accommodation deposit refund

On my side be careful when you enter into contract with this Student Accommodation because coming to refunds when the term ends you will be send from pillar to post, they state that refunds will be done within 21 days then when that comes it become 21 working days that will also pass, frustratingly is that they do not even respond to your e-mails, when you call a lady by the name Ilene its like you are bothering her, I submitted my request for refund on 31 July 2018 and today its 07 September 2018 and I am still waiting for my refund and there is not even a promise next step is HelloPeter for instance Called again on 07 Sep 2018 and I was promised that it is done but today 08 Sep 2018 nothing in my account, empty promises as usual
