I enquired about a camera on their website. Upon this enquiry a rep claiming to be a rep for this company contacted via email and phone call. He advised me on how to purchase the camera from their website and emailed me all the specifications and regarding their warranty and payment process

Upon ordering this camera I recited an email from their finance department and sales department asking me to eft them the money and send them the prof of payment. I proceeded to do so. They then contacted me again stating that they hadn’t received the payment or proof of payment(I had payment and cleared so they should’ve receive it). They advised me to email the proof of payment to myself and the. Foward the email to them. Once I sent the payment the had called me to confirm the shipping address.

They sent me the delivery drivers phone number so I could keep in touch. I communicated with the driver via WhatsApp as I had questions regarding the time he would be delivering.

After communicating with the driver I tried contacting him again and my message weren’t going through. The company wasn’t getting back to my emails and they weren’t answering my phone calls.

Following this I opened a case at my local police station and contacted my bank to further the case.

The following day the police contacted me stating that the case was under investigation. About 30 min after the police contacted me the ****mers sent me an email stating that their driver had been involved in an accident and had passed away and they would send me a refund.

Please be aware of this company as they have many items of junk mail and on their website
