Studio Matrix - really great service!

<p>I can't speak too highly of the response I got from Studio Matrix. They had installed a TV dish and cables 8 months previously - my first and only contact with them up to today. My DSTV decoder gave intermittent problems this morning, to which the DSTV call centre diagnosed was a cabling problem. I called Studio Matrix, and mentioned my name once only, and immediately they had all my information on tap - my address, phone number and what they had installed and when. After explaining the problem, and the fact that we were leaving the following day for a few days holiday, and that guests were arriving to house sit; Studio Matrix re-arranged an already packed schedule of the person who did the original installation, and within two hours, had the technician on site to effect the running maintenance necessary to get the TV back on track. This is well beyond anything I had expected from Studio Matrix. I can't speak too highly of their response and positive attitude; and have no hestiation whatsoever in recommending them.</p>
