Disappointing with dismal performance

How disappointing, definitely not recommended!!!! Johan was easily contactable before deposit was made. Project was to shoot aerial drone footage of our high end property which would be listed for sale. Johan showed up with not the best equipment and had us, the client assist him, with no thanks from him. Since then (April 28th) we've had countless issues with getting hold of Johan to firstly receive the any footage and then to actually address the disappointing footage we received. We had to wait 2 weeks before we received anything (he indicated 2 days at time of shoot) and responded that we were not happy. Then the teeth pulling began. After numerous calls to Johan who intentionally ignored our calls I was finally able to get hold of him on an office number listed for Studio Image. My conversation with Johan left little to be desired and I was treated as insignificant and an irritation to him. My partner was the person who had contacted and set up the entire project with Johan due to us just having a baby but I was involved in every part of the decision making and copied on all correspondence. The outcome was that I should email him and he would respond as he doesn't answer calls with unknown spam numbers (a lie as he answered them before deposit was paid). We are calling internationally from Skype so the number would not show as South African. My email was sent on May 20th with a follow up on 23rd and we have still to hear back from Johan. Please return our deposit!! You have charged us over 5 times as much as what our agent's videographer was charging and delivered absolutely nothing usable. If you refuse to deal with us and your unacceptable work; I will post on every avenue available until I receive my money back with interest. You will soon find out the power of word of mouth and the court of public opinion....I'm sure it will cost you much, much more then *****ing our deposit.
