Disappointed client

R 500 overcharged! Went for the MK treatment special for R 599, which I have never done before. Beforehand I called for an appointment and was told that with longer hair an extra R 15 will be charged per ml used outside of the special. My hair is in a bob and just just below my chin. So I went in and when I got there a woman said she is going to put on a treatment that will open the hair follicles so that the MK treatment is fully absorbed by my hair, I presumed that this was apart of the treatment. Okay so about two hours later at the till I had to cough up R 1099! Not once was I asked or told that they will be using 30 extra ml’s = R 450 and that follicle treatment is an extra R 50. I know they said T’s & C’s apply but as the customer I should have been told or asked way before that the cost would be an extra R 500. This is quite steep for me as I am still a student!
