Unacceptable Customer Service

I placed an order in July for a Moses Basket, the Basket was finally delivered yesterday but with no Stand. Almost 5 months and their supplier is apparently still out of stock and not sure when they will have stock again. The Communication has been shocking, several emails need to be sent and no one seems to answer the phone when you try call them. Not happy with the customer service. The rate this is going by the time I receive the stand my unborn baby would’ve outgrown the basket.
