ALLEY'S CATWALK **** SHOP

There is this whatsapp shop that claims to sell second hand furniture, appliances, and gadgets. This whatsapp shop is Alley's Catwalk and its owner is based in Port Elizabeth but funny enough she does not have a physical warehouse. Her name is Alicetine Lezel Mackonie. I placed a phone order that was R1000 and paid delivery of R300 in November 2024. I waited for this order for more than 3 weeks and decided to cancel the order and request for a refund. I was given a condition that I should wait 50 days for my refund and I did that. Now my 50 days waiting period has long expired and she is no whet to be found. She left a girl called Hannah to continue with the business but the girl says she doesn't have access to the finances of the business. When I personally send Alley, which is the owner of the shop a message, she doesn't answer. I want my money, tha is all I want.
