4 Oliver road sea Point

I booked a room for my staff member. When he arrived the room was dirty. Other people @ the venue was smoking Dagga and the whole room was smelling like dagga. He reported it to the reception and they were rude to him. He left the place and get other accommodation for the night. I booked from booking.com. I phone booking.com then and reported the incident. They reported it to sea point and now they refuse to refund me for my guy that can't sleep there under those circumstances. It is unacceptable for there attitude and not to refund me.
