Wrong shoe

I did a layby with studio 88 wonderpark store. After 3 months, I went back and tried to cancel and they told me I would loose all my money, and while there I put a layby on another shoe. After a few weeks I went back and paid the the outstanding amount, i had sent my husband, i get back home and they have given him the wrong shoe. This is an inconvenience of note. I want all my money back and they must take their ugly sneaker.
