Worst Service Ever
Worst service ever.
Paid for a pair of sneakers, haven’t received it and the branch doesn’t want to refund me.
What’s worse the employees drink during work hours in the shop

After the review was written, no formal communication received from the company only the acknowledgement on hello Peter.
I called the branch ( Soshanguve Mall) and the staff know nothing about my purchase or my refund. They no longer have my banking details and haven’t heard about my request. Seems the company told the staff to act as if I don’t exist. I called several times , my calls go unanswered or my number is blocked.
What I experienced was scary, the treatment was horrible and the don’t care attitude together with being drunk , the male employees are not welcoming but bullying. The shop or brand encourages their employees to treat their customers in this manner, it’s been over two weeks, I’m still struggling to get my money back.
Painful part is we are suffering at the hands of other black people.
