WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

My first time buying at the store, bought 2 pairs of sneakers which are clearly defective, even a blind man can see there’s something wrong with the sneakers, but they don’t want to give me a refund. It’s apparently not their problem. Like ***! A whole R3500 wasted. Will never buy at this store again and won’t recommend anyone to buy there.
