Withholding UIF Documents from former employee.

In this company I got a target on my back for stopping a regional manager from ******ing staff members for money. Because I stood up for myself and everybody else who were strong armed into taking money out of their own pockets. I was fired because I was late on black Friday of 2024 because I wrote 07:30 in my attendance register book. Due to the inherently shady code of conduct written by the company I made peace with losing my job. But now I'm having issues getting my ui19 documents because I sent head office an email on 9 February 2024 and then called of which I was told by the lady to wait 7 to 14 days. I waited patiently, after which my email still didn't get a response.. I called again on Friday 21st and sent another email. The lady said she will respond to my email but after the call I never heard from her again. Until I called again today on the 24th of Feb, she whispered my former employee Number as if she was helping and told me that she will have my documents sent to me by the end of day today. When I called again the I was told to come back again tomorrow. So she **** to me saying I will have my documents sent to my email today but I didn't. My entire life is now on hold because I am unable to get the aid I need from UIF because the company is withholding my documents. It's as if because this company severed ties with me everything I built whilst working there had to leave with it. I am just one man and it seems like this company is holding a vendetta over me just because I fought for what was right. I left the company in peace and didn't even think to pursue the matter at CCMA. but by now in withholding all my uif documents they are breaking the labor laws as well as leaving me frustrated at waiting for them to show the smallest sense of decency. And I only worked for this company for four years. It is in itself a crime that documents that I have earned through money being deducted from my then salary to contribute to uif being withheld from me. It's not enough that the company harbors a ******* person and fired a just one. But they also chose to make my life difficult by withholding documents they could get in a few clicks on a computer.

It truly saddens me.
