Withholding of information
Studio 88 @ The palms center East Rand Mall are rude and with hold information from people regarding purchases. Then want to be rude and show off to their colleagues when confronted. I had to find out from a 3rd party that the item I purchased will be going back to its original prices and withhold important regarding my purchase when your shop has my damn numbers. If this is how your management tells employees to do business then to hell with you. The sooner your stop closes down the better, cause y’all sell fly bye night merchandise either way.

05 Dec 2022, 13:21I lay-byied a pair of sneakers from your shop on the27th Novermber, it was the Sunday of Black Friday. On Wednesday the 30th , I have a friend who went to the store to pay for his purchase that he made, and he called he and told me that your staff told him that if I don’t pay a certain amount by the 1st of December. My purchase would go back to the original amount and I would lose my Black Friday discount price. Why did I have to find out through a 3rd party and not your staff calling me, and telling me that if I don’t pay the next day then I forfeit my discount. And if that is the case can I have it all in writing that “Items bought on laybye can only be on special for a week then price goes back to original amount” I was sold that takkie for R800 now your staff says I must take out more. Please call me and assist me with this matter
