Very bad customer service

On Monday (02.05.16) at about 15h45 I spoke to the alleged Store Manager / Supervisor about a pair of All Star Converse that I bought for my wife at this shop. I explained to the gentleman that the logo on the side of the sneakers fades away though I have only washed them twice. My wife did not like All Star so I introduced her to the brand , telling her how comfortable they are so she does not wear them often. The gentleman who was not wearing any name badge did not want to tell me his name when they called him so that I can explain to him my issue with the shoes. He arrogantly said to me that I should know that when I wash the shoes, the printing will fade off. He showed me his pair that he was wearing saying he did not wash them (meaning if I want to retain the printing, I should not wash them). I explained to him that I would understand that the printing will fade off as time goes buy but not after the second wash, especially if I don't use any scrub brush or harsh washing soap. I told him that I expected for the Original to last a little longer before I experience that. It's not like I bought I **** product at Marabastad. I told him that he gives me the contact details of All Star Converse so that I can explain the quality of their product and they can tell me if that it how it should be but he refused to give me any details saying that he just receive the order and don't have his numbers
