Verbal harassment.

On Wednesday, 5th October 2022, at around 14:30 my cousin went to Studio 88 Mabopane Central city. Upon arrival Koketso and her fellow ***orker started to verbally harass her. The two young ladies cast aspersions on my cousin. The accomplice even went as far as following my cousin around the store. According to my cousin, her baby and Koketso’s child are fathered by the same male. Now what we fail to understand is that employees can infringe a consumers’ rights due to personal reasons. My cousin was a customer of Studio 88 and Koketso is an employee. We might not know the company’s policy with regards to how employees must conduct themselves towards customers, but we definitely know our rights as customers. What happened at the store is highly unacceptable. And we hope that protocol will be followed in disciplining the two employees. Furthermore my cousin feels that the two ladies owe her an apology for their maltreatment towards her.
