Unprofessional behaviour of the Regional Manager

I was on a holiday in Harding, my last day I went to do a shopping in one of your shops. I was very disappointed with the unprofessional conduct of the Regional Manager who goes by the name of Cris. Very unprofessional, I’ll treatment of staff in front of the customers. I left without buying. With that conduct, it leaves a very bitter taste in the mouth to us as customers.
