Unhappy customer

27 July 2026, I purchased a pair of Puma shoes from your Promenade Mall branch. On 27 August 2026 I returned the shoes to your Claremont branch because of stitching is coming loose

The staff at Claremont accepted the return and advised that I would receive feedback. However, to date, I have not received any call, SMS, or update regarding a refund, exchange, or the status of the shoes. It has now been over 2 week.
