unhappy customer

hi there. Please assist, I saw the ad online showing Nike push in from R 419 on promotion for R 20 we went to the store that was on Saturday they told us they can't assist the Markerting department its not working on weekends they chatted to Peter whom he is a regional manager he said we should buy them for R 200 and told us that anyone has a right to make mistake,but this pricing mistake was not our mistake and as for customer we went to the store because of the price we saw online, we then left the store, my friend called on Monday she spoke to Renee who said we should go to the store to buy with the price we saw online, we drove from Midrand to Joburg when we get there she was not answering her phone (Renee) to my surprise now my friend is telling me that they saying we can only buy 1 per, because she's the only one called and i didn't have airtime, the store saw us both why should we buy 1 pair now , what makes me more angry is that we playfully told the store stuff we will buy more that 2 pairs and funny the stuff @ studio 88 small street were also excited about this saying when Renee send the authorisation they are also going to buy for themselves pity I did not take their names but I can point them, this gentleman said he is going to buy for his in laws. All we wanted was just 2 pairs size 7 s they even checked the stock and told us they have, so not happy and we left our contacts for Peter to apologies for refusing to assist us instead he asked us to buy them with R 200, I'm so heart broken I would have shared this with my Facebook friends and Whatsapp and let it trend but instead I only asked my friend to accompany me, and Thanks to us they realised their mistake before it makes too much damage, we want 2 pairs not one please...
