Unfair dismissal

I would like to lay a complaint on behalf of my husband who is currently a former employee of studio88. My husband worked as a sales person in Cradock since April 2022 and got transfered to work in Grahamstown June 2023. They chose him to be transferred to Grahamstown even tho he is originally from Cradock and his other colleagues are from Grahamstown. They sent him to a business that whereby all employees including manager got dismissed due to shortages of stock . Today my husband is unemployed because of the management from Cradock sent my Husband to a store in Grahamstown whereby the staff is either *****ing the stock or not scanning them. He was sent to a store without any knowledge of what's happening in the store or how things is being runned. My husband recently joined Grahamstown studio88 but yet he was included in being dismissed with all other staff. If my husband stayed in Cradock he would've still had a job.
