I would want to file a complaint about the unjust treatment I had in Studio 88 of Tshwane Regional Mall today. I purchased a side back, but fifteen minutes later, I discovered a better one, therefore I wanted my money back. Members of Stuff didn't give me a clear explanation for why they couldn't grant me a refund; all they could say was that I was overworking them with unnecessary and that the item wasn't eligible for a return, which doesn't comply with the refund policy standard.
