My husband purchased me a Nike Airmax sneaker at Mall of Africa about 2 months ago, but I needed to exchange it as it fit uncomfortably. I was referred to Rencia at Head Office, she was quick and efficient in attending to my query. I called Rencia on Friday 19 September, by end of that Friday my query had been escalated and practically resolved! I was referred to Nondumiso (Studio 88 Clearwater), who went out of her way to ensure that I was able to exchange the sneaker and get the one I really wanted.
