Terrible shop
I am soo dissapointed at studio 88 zevenwaght, cape town. We bought sneakers at the shop, we returned the sneakers because they were not comfortable and had a hard surface at the heel of the shoe. So now, they are telling us they cannot take the shoe back, i do not understand why, because when a customer spends money, he or she expexts good quality. We have bought soo many sneakers at thee shop, but these particular ones are soo uncomfortable, and we merely wanted an exchange. Refusal to take the item has shown us they are unproffesional. We also want good value for our money and we would appreciate if we could get the best service that is worth our money. Really, we are disappointed by this response from the shop. We no longer want to do an exchange, but want our money back!!!!!!!

I understand you were contacted by Customer Service where they explained that we are happy to replace or exchange the product as long as it is in the original condition.
When customers purchase goods from our stores, they are able to try on the goods, or they can purchase the goods, take them home and try them on. And should the customer wish to return the goods, the goods must be in the original condition they were in when purchased when returned.
Unfortunately as the sneakers you wish to return have been worn, we can no longer accept them as they are now second hand.
