terrible service at Studio88 Cape Town CBD

I Noluvuyo Zondani made a laybye at studio88 in Cape Town CBD on the 17/novemberv 2020 and paid R1100, when i returned to the store on the 25 November to collect my laybye items with the outstanding amount the cashier at the store(Abongile) informed me he could not find the othe pair of my nike white air force size 5 Q320. he came back with a very terrible attitude forcing me to take my money back because he coulnt find the pair of tekkies and it was not his fault that some of his colliques changed or made a mistake and would not hear anything i had to say nor give me a chance to speak. i left the store paid the full outstanding amount now im puzzled frustrated and dont know what to do and still waiting on my pair of tekkies which i need to wear while studio 88 has my money with them and sitting hear with nothing but ******ed by them and seeking help and have not heard anything from them
