Studio88 takes our monies and don’t deliver

Hi, I put in a laybye at Studio88 Musgrave in October for 2 sneakers, the salesperson advised he would do an inter branch delivery as this branch did not have stock, I went in again in November to pay for the laybye the guy **** and said he has the sneakers they are in the back, I asked to see them , waited a while to be told they are in the truck on their way. He promised to call at 12 the following day when they arrive he did not. On the 14th December we went back in and we’re given another promise. Today 15 December we are told the sneakers are no longer available we should come get our money. I am disgusted with the service and empty promises from this branch.
