Studio88 Mess

I bought Addis Samba sneaker at R899 form Studio88 in Braamfontein on the 01 september 2018. I fitted one pair in shop and it fiited, after I worn the sneakers once that day and sadly experienced pain and scratch in my archillies tendon (back pack part of foot) even when I have socks in still the sneakers scracthed me especially the back cover side of the sneaker. I put them aside as they cause me pain and bleeding. On the 15 September I came to the store to explain the problem and ask for exchange and sadly the treatment I received was very disgusting and shocking. 1. Staff refused to understand my problem with shoes. 2. I asked for exchange as per policy written in slip but the staff just said NO. WE DO NOT EXCHANGE BECAUSE YOU WORN THEM. WHICH IS BARBARIC. 3. One employee was laughing at my situation. SUPERVISOR did not even stop him. 4. STORE MANAGER REFUSED TO EXCHANGE AND SAID I MUST GO TO SMALL & PRITCHARD, HE CANNOT TAKE THEM. Iam truly dissappointed in this store for not training their staff to respect customers, help customers to get quality products and ensure complaints are dealt with professionally. I have never seen such attitued, bad customer service and even unprofessionalism.
