Studio 88 talk my money for nothing
I lay buy at studio 88 last December when I went there to take out lay buy before Christmas, I lost a splip I ask them to release my lay buy because I want to go with them. They refused telling me that I'm not going to pay out my lay buy because I don't have a proof, I gave them my ID but they told me what if I'm using my sister id who die, then I just go to next door and buy onother tekkies. When I came back I asked them if I can take something with that money I did a laybuy with still they did want, until now. I don't what must I do.... Studio 88 took my money for nothing

The slip that you receive at the time of purchase is your confirmation of purchase, at the time of receiving either the item placed on lay bye or if you request a refund, you would need to advise the cell number and ID so that they can be confirmed as the same.
If in your case you have lost the slip, the ID and cell number you produce at the store, must be the same as the one we have records of and that must be your ID, only lay byes may be collected by those who made that lay bye.
Please advise the store name and if possible the person who served you. If the lay bye is in your name,and your ID and cell are the same for the store to be able to positively identify you, you may receive your refund.
Once we have this information we will pass it on to the Regional Manager who will ensure the refund is processed.
