Studio 88 store manager in Westgate mall in Roodepoort is rude, abusive and disrespectful

I have bought the pants for my children but it did not fit them as it was a small cut. I asked my daughter to return the pants in Westgate studio 88. She came back crying as the manager refused to return the items and insulted her for trying to return the items. I then decided to take the pants and return them myself and I received the same attitude and the manager told me that Westgate Studio 88 does not return clothes and that the return policy on the receipt is just a lie and does not apply in their store. He was rude and sarcastic. He refused and told me I can report me anywhere in the world if I want to nothing will happen to him and he's not scared of anyone in the world. He continued to laugh and mock us with his colleagues.
