Studio 88 service sucks
The so called manager would not give me a refund after I bought a pair of shoes at their store and they did not have my size

Thank you for your message, can you give us some details in regards which store this occurred, the day and approx. time so that we can follow up as this is not company policy.
If the footwear is unused and you have proof of purchase you are entitled to a refund should we not have a suitable replacement available for you. Please also be so kind as to advise your contact number so that the Regional manager can resolve this issue.
