Studio 88 service is the worst

I bought air force sneakers at the Diamond Pavillion mall shop in Kimberley, but they were too small and ,then when I went for an exchange they didn't have a bigger size,so I requested a refund,I was told they don't do refunds in the absence of a manager.Then a week later I went again only to be told they don't have cash,of which I don't understand why is that my problem...worst customer service
