Studio 88 - SERVICE BETTER THAN ARMANI AND VERSACE STORES COMBIMED!!
Before I write this review I want to say that I buy clothes from Versace and Armani.. And also from Couture designers... But what I experienced from Studio 88 blows everything else out of the way..
I would just like to thank Renee van Kramberg (I hope that's spelt correctly)... For the amazing customer service that I have once again received from her. This type of service truly creates the best customer experience.. It was so simple, I phoned Renee and told her about the product that I would like to buy.. And in 5 minutes she had sourced the item in 3 different sizes just to be safe.
I have not had that type of customer service all year. She is so friendly and makes you feel like you truly matter. That feeling is worth it's weight in gold... I didn't need anything from Studio 88.. But I ended up spending R3000.. Just because I felt so special - I would also like to thank the guys from Studio 88 Fourways mall.. They helped me find all the other items and were so patient and friendly, even when the lights went out, they kept assisting me.. It's truly a VIP experience.. They also gave me input and feedback and complimented me.. . Wow.. I can't wait to go back..
