Studio 88 poor customers care services

I bought a pair of sneakers at studio 88 size 5, I wore them for 1 day and realized that the left one was bigger and floppy and the right one was a perfect fit. I took them back to the store at kolonnade and they told me that they will forward the matter to customer care. I had to wait for the whole full 2 weeks no body contacted me then I decided to call theirervice and the lady said that they concluded that I must go to the store and fit another pair so that they can see if their product was faulty or is it because my fit are not the same size. So I told them that I don't their products anymore they must just refund me my money. They are refusing said that they will not refund me the money until I fit another pair. I don't want anything to do with studio 88 their customers care services is poor and they treat customers like they are doing the customer a favor. So yeah I won't be refunded because I don't want to fit another pair
