Studio 88 online!!!!! No parcel, no explanation, rude customer service consultants!!! !!!!

I am still waiting for my delivery, I called more than 10 times and Noone could assist. Ordered on the 3rd of December 2020 till today I have not received my parcel. I was kept on hold for a very long time then the line cut. I called back and the lady that picked up was very disrespectful and rude(s mathoba). She took my number and did not call back. I have been calling, they don't even have the decency to call back. I don't know if I will ever get the parcel
