Studio 88 Low quality Nike shoes

I bought Nike Sneakers at South gate in October and November the shoes where damaged, I have tried to escalate the case with management to complain about how **** the shoes are and how I'm not happy and they decided to decline my query and said that there's nothing they can do, it is really heartbreaking that I spend my last money to make my son happy on low quality Shoes that theyl store sold to me. The quality of that shoes is extremely poor. I'm unhappy and I will never buy anything from studio 88.
